Summer Soccer is a classic CSC program. The Sunrise and Sunset training is original, convenient, and quality.

THE TRAINING
Some of the areas we train are 1v1 defending (attacker head-on), 1v1 defending (preventing attacker from turning), 2v2 defending, Group Defending, Receiving on the Ground (instep, side-foot, outside of foot), Receiving from the Air (foot, thigh, chest), Receiving to Turn, Combination Play, 1-touch Shooting (ground), 1-touch Shooting (Air), Patterns of Play, Support Play, Possession, Play in the Final Third, Ball Striking (laces, inside, instep, outside), Ball Control in Possession (running with the ball, shielding, ball manipulation, turning, dribbling (incl. “moves”), Transition, Shooting (close, mid, & long-range), Ball Striking (chipping, volleys, half-volleys, headers), Switching the Point of Attack
Our sessions always start with a thorough warm up, at least once a week we run a very physically demanding session, and at least once a week we try to finish one of our sunset sessions with a game.
